Terms and Conditions

Upon receiving your order, you have four calendar days from the delivery date to return the items if it does not fit. We will not accept any returns made once this period has expired. Please note that we accept return size and exchange products only and do not accept a refund.

Before proceeding with the return, please note that:

1. Cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted for Made To Order / Pre-order pairs.
2. The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes on a carpeted surface).
3. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, including the original packaging.
4. No wrinkles and stains as it will become an issue if we are going to sell it again.
5. Please, let us know in advance via DM that you are shipping the shoes back and what you’d like us to do with your order (exchange/refund), so we can prepare the item/s you need to fasten up the process as much as possible.
6. As soon as you have it, please provide the TRACKING NUMBER so we can speed up the return process.
7. Please note that the shipping cost is not included, meaning you have to pay for the shipping cost to our workshop and from our workshop.
